Tuna, (genus Thunnus), also called tunny, are any of seven species of oceanic fishes, some very large, that constitute the genus Thunnus and are of great commercial value as food. Tuna is especially abundant in omega-3 fatty acids. They’re brilliant for the body and are thought to
